Boo! Don't go! Management doesn't care about the customer! We have been loyal customers going to the restaurant at least once a week for over four years. We have been asking for a simple menu addition of black beans for over a year and the manager/owner, Ricardo, had said that is easy and he will add is soon. This has been going on for over a year without any accommodation of loyal custom requests - seems like Ricardo thinks we are joking! We finally said if they can't accommodate our easy menu addition, even if it is not on the 'menu' we would not come back. Ricardo did not care and said good bye - can you believe a merchant would not accommodate a simple menu request that has been going on for over year! I strongly recommend you avoid going to Los Cabos and instead go to other Mexican restaurants that realize the customer comes first, such as El Trio in Mariemont or \r
VillaNueva in Mt. Carmel. The servers at Los Cabos are great, except for 'Romeo', who is a real ""A-hole"" and couldn't care less about the customer - he likes to have you repeat your order over and over as if he couldn't hear your!\r
Strongly recommend you go somewhere else for your Mexican food fix!\r
