My family has owned three Nissan vehicles over 15 years and have had all serviced at Regal. I have always found them to be friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I've never had to take back a car for re-work on an issue. Pricing is in line with what I'd expect from a dealer but I have a belief that no one knows how to fix a Nissan better than a Nissan dealer so I'm willing to pay a little more sometimes to get a higher level of expertise. At the end of the day, I don't look forward to going to the dealer for service, but Regal makes the experience quick, pleasant, and fair and I don't have to go back to fix what's already been fixed. I'd recommend an appointment versus just dropping by. A+
