Drive thru service! Had to go in for a follow-up due to a contact issue. I was not seen by an Optometrist, but a technician and they were not qualified to address my issue! Gave me contacts that were not in my prescription and sent me on my way. Terrible follow-up and poor medical advice! I am going to now have to spend money out of my own pocket to pay for the care I should have recieved after having blown my yearly insurance coverage on this visit!
