Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had, and all the staff and especially manager Joe unbelievably rude and he cashed the check I sent before we even got a chance to go! (no online reservations, no calendars, no credit card- they only take a check in the mail and then dont even guarantee you can stay the night you want) I purchased a night's stay as a birthday gift for my son. The date was reserved however there was a snowstorm and he needed to move the date, called only one day outside of their ""2 week cancellation policy"". He didnt even want to cancel, just reschedule. They were awful to him, and refused to do it. So I called and asked to speak to manager named ""Joe"". He was even worse, very rude and inflexible. He wouldnt even meet me halfway. I offered to book a group event there and bring alot more business, I just wanted another date for my son which I already paid for. Nope, ""sorry I dont know you, how do I know you will actually do what you say"" he states. What?? I have never had such horrible condescending customer service (actually no service), and will never do business with them again. \r

Honestly, any business that thinks they are somehow entitled to treat people like crap and steal their money...doesnt have any sense. I do hope a more conscious group would run that place. So sad that the bad energy, actions and negativity of the people there ruins it. Maybe if they stop getting business, something will change.There are plenty of other hot springs to go to. Sorry Joe your just not that special.
