RUDE MANAGERS AND CLERKS! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a customer of this place for at least 7 years. Today - NO MORE! I bought my items and paid with my debit card, and when their credit card machine printed out a receipt that they didn't recognize, the ""Manager"", Kip, ran my debit card a second time - charging me twice. When I said I believe that you charged my card twice, he started to argue with me and raising his voice saying that he didn't charge me twice. I said can you print out the CC machine report and look to make sure or call the 800 number to verify that my card was not charged twice, he got very angry with me and REFUSED to verify the charges made on my account! He was yelling at me that I was not charged twice, but when I went on my bank account through my phone and I showed him PROOF that I was charged twice, he threatened to call the police on me!!! All the while making me feel like I was the bad person, and the entire staff was laughing. UNBELEIVABLE! I left and called my awesome bank, who told me that indeed I was charged twice. I filed a complaint with the bank and my bank reversed the charges immediately - which were charged back to their account. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW about how rudely I was treated at this place - BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They don’t even deserve one star!
