Susan is a rude and incompetent audiologist and I would not recommend her to anyone. We went there to look at getting a new set of hearing aids (a fourth pair from her by the way) and she was dismissive and arrogant. I had to ASK her to check the current ones which as it turned out one was broken, which she did fix but without prompting she would not have even checked. She was alone and took a long phone call while we were meeting, and made us wait instead of calling back. If you want a surly and unprofessional audiologist, see Susan. Otherwise find someone else, as we will going forward.
