What does it matter if he uses a lift to do a simple oil change? Thomas you sound like a guy born with a silver spoon in your mouth. Do you expect your mechanics to be super models? No, people call them grease monkeys for a reason. I just recently had an oil change, tire rotation and smog all done in 45 minutes. I was very impressed with the service. I brought a coupon so the price was great too. If you don't mind having mechanically informed average looking guys work on you car this is the place. Otherwise go to Abercrombie in Fashion Fair Mall and ask one of the models if they know anything about car maintenance. Maybe you'll get lucky!
