This is one of the worst customer service I've received. They've told me over the phone the price was going to be $37.50, later it appeared to be over $52. ""Oh, that's because of the delivery charges..."" Well, shouldn't you tell that at front? How should I know how much the delivery charges are? Rude and aren't customer focused at all. I feel like they should have issued a refund in this case, but instead I got ""there is nothing we can do"" and he hung up. Seriously? DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS!! They don't deserve it.
