I had purchased a new car, and within a couple of weeks, my new baby was - well; in need of a lot of repair. There are a few service agents that work at this dealership, but make sure you go to Jill Houska if at all possible. She ""felt my pain"", coddled me, had a smile when my face was sad about my new car - and just took very good care of me while working diligently to get the ball rolling on the repairs. She always checked in with me every 3-4 days to let me know how things were progressing. And when I would stop into the dealership to get ""yet another"" update, she would drop everything and get a status for me.\r more
