I have handed myself on a silver platter to be ripped off on two occasions and if they weren't who they are I would have been. I came to their shop firmly convinced I needed a complete set of new brakes. They said I only needed a pair replaced. The second time I came in thinking I needed the older pair replaced they explained I did not need them at that time.\r
I just went to have them repair my head light and replace the bulbs for me as auto makers build cars so an average person can't work on one. Beldens treated me so well the previous times I'd rather them get the $ instead of the auto company. They gave me an initial estimate on diagnostics and labor., no parts were in the estimate. I knew it was highly likely I needed a new part because I had looked at the area.\r
Everyone I have dealt with there has been awesome, this time it was Alex. Alex kept me updated and they quickly got the part. Alex rolled the charges into one another so that in the end the total cost WITH the part was LOWER than the original estimate.\r
