My fiance and I will also not be ordering flowers from Elizabeth House again. Customer service is awful and lately the arrangements have been lower quality. Today I noticed a charge on MY credit card for flowers which apparently were for my birthday next week. They didn't even bother to confirm which credit card to charge, obviously my male fiance doesn't sound like a woman on the phone! Now I know I'm getting flowers, AND I paid for them. When I called to offer some feedback, the woman couldn't have cared less. All I wanted was to be heard and for someone there to treat me like a person ""Oh, I'm so sorry that happened..."" something like that. No more.
