I work in real estate and have deal with several HOA management companies on a daily basis. In all the years of doing so, it is extremely rare to find a service representative who enjoys their job and genuinely portrays this happiness through the phone and their actions. Cardinal has an exceptional representative named Kristen Rodriguez who exemplifies customer service at its finest! She is quick to respond, courteous and truly knows what customer service is all about. Kristen makes me have hope that customer service is an art and not all hope is lost that people really care and want to give you their best efforts available.
