Horrible experience, and how rude David Crooks was when I confronted him on the phone! When my elderly parents called for an estimate to simply install a faucet, they were told the rate was 100 per hour plus a service fee. The plumber was at my parents home for 45 minutes. The bill was 271.00! He charged them 2 hours rate at 110 plus 45.00 service fee plus 10 dollars parts. TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS to install a faucet I could have done in under an hour myself. What a ripoff!!!!!! And totally rude, he called me ""a coward behind a computer"" when I told him I was going to write a review.
