This is the second time I have used this service. The first crew (last year) did a very good job. This time, however, the crew left stained areas throughout the cleaned rooms AND the management refused to honor their 10-day re-cleaning policy claiming, instead, that we would be charged the full cleaning charge AGAIN (only 8 days after the initial cleaning). I would NOT recommend this company. Their product quality is too Inconsistent.
