I am the service manager, We have been in business for 50 years and have only these negative comments of people who you will never please. The cabin guy has a panasonic tv that we got replaced out of warranty!!!! It was not our fault that the manufacturer sent parts that were defective. As far as the other customer we helped as much as we could but the parts were not available. It happens. If your upset we didn't answer the phone the one time you called. I'm sorry, nothing else I can say. My name is Will and I will do everthing in my power to make you happy. Sometimes it just out of my control.
