I have had buckeye for over a year I pay for high-speed internet phone service hd cable service and DVR service I'm paying over $120 a month and am very unsatisfied with the service I have had numerous problems I called to have service upgraded and they come out and downgrade my service on top of taking my power supply for my personal router took 4 days to get the downgrade fixed and over a week and a half to get my power supply back then everything was fine for a few weeks when I again began having problems the phone and internet began cutting out completely on a Friday and they kept supposedly fixing it but it is now five days that I have been losing internet and phone service as well as a few television outages along the way at the same time I will be switching from buckeye to another company the customer service reps try to act like its not a big deal when you lose service but if I were to lose there money one month they would cut my service no questions asked all in all they do no
