Worst experience ever. I work in the insurance business so I understand how things work. I had the advanced dental call to okay the procedures with my dental insurance carrier. They provided me with a pre service itemized bill. After the procedures were complete they over charged me for teeth they didn't even work on. Good thing I asked for an itemized bill afterwards. I agreed to just credit my account because I needed more work done. Then I get a bill in the mail. When I call to ask why I have a bill they say that my insurance doesn't cover white filings and only silver. They told me this was my problem and they will not give me my credit amount back? Funny thing was when I call they always are rude to me and just try to get you off the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I really don't know how they stay in business. Who puts upgrades in your mouth and does give you an option and bills you for it. Scammers big time beware!!!!!!
