I've been to this place twice. The first time I saw Lori she did a great job. The second time, she RUINED my hair. It is damaged beyond repair on the top and she left white, chunky highlights throughout. I'm devastated.\r

I asked for subtle highlights just to accent my natural color. She bleached it and now I have to start all over with growing it out.\r
