Wow! I've never had such horrible customer service in my LIFE. Ordered a pizza at 6 pm and it just got here at 8 pm - cold of course. My friend called and spoke with an extremely rude woman named Julie that identified herself as the manager. ""Do you want your pizza or not? We're very busy and I don't have time for this."" Um, we don't have two hours to wait for a pizza to be delivered. My best advice to you, Chris, is to send Julie to some Miss Manners classes. Better yet, just fire her.
