I have ordered from Koo Koo Roo in the past, & usually I am pretty pleased however this time not some much! My food was on time but cold & all of the ice in my drink had melted making it very watered down! I really enjoy the food but this time i have to give them a thumbs down! I am a loyal customer & I expect better!
