Although we were shocked at the number of issues Sun City Auto found problematic with our 2002 Explorer (never had any issues before) we appreciated the way each of the items were presented to us. The categories presented included, what we needed to address now for safety, and other issues we would want to work on (in two steps) if we planned on keeping the vehicle.
We found that pricing was a bit less than Ford, mainly because when possible and desirable (based upon their experience) they recommed the use of after-martket parts.
I was surprised that unlike almost every place we have done business with since arriving in AZ, Sun City did not offer Senior Citizen pricing - even a 10% break on labor (and parts if possible) would be appreicated on those of us on fixed incomes. (Ford for example generally offers such discounts.)
