This was my second repair here. First experience went well. This time was very frustrating and inconvenient. We made an appointment and when we arrived, our appointment wasn't in the computer. They didn't work on our car all day and had to keep it overnight. Wen they finally fixed our power window and we got home, the door handle didn't work on the inside. Door could only be opened from the outside. Now, we have to go back AGAIN tomorrow to fix the inside door handle. Would I recommend this shop, depends on how tomorrow goes. I'll be nice and say yes for now.
