I'm not a picky person about my hair, and this was a good fit for me. Sarah listened to what I needed, and was attentive to my needs. I even was offered a free treatment when I come back. She's great about explaining what she's doing and why. For example, why she chooses to thin by slicing without using shears. I like knowing what they're doing so that if I like it, I can ask for it again. Everyone in the salon was friendly and I felt welcome.
