Probably the worst shopping experience and customer service I have experienced:( \r
Not only were they pushy about trying to get me to buy a wedding dress, but when I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from them, the follow-up service was horrible!\r
They gave my maid of honor a hard time when she picked up her dyeable shoes and shawl by first telling her they were never ordered, and second, claiming they were not paid for once they found them. I complained to customer service at the corporate headquarters and hopefully they will do something about it because when we went back to finally pick up the maid of honor's dress, they could not find her dress and it ended up in the alterations department. Ugh!
