John was our salesman and he will tell you he is so new he doesn't know anything about the vehicles and will refer you to Charlie. Bought a truck Feb 7 '13, only to have it not start less then 24 hrs later. The dealership knew it had problems and lied about it. The told us it had been inspected when it hadn't at all and Tom Horn (manager) will tell you they only inspect the ones they feel need it. It was a 5 hr hassle to get them to agree to tow it, and that was only if Charlie ( who isn't a mechanic) couldn't get it to start. Before he even opened the hood he said ""i know exactly what it is and they were supposed to fix it"". They towed it to Napa Auto where Gary told us it was the fuel pump. I offered to buy a new one and he said Bleskin's Motor would only buy a usedparts and wouldn't reimburse us if we paid for anything else. We went to the dealership (same day) where we were told it was the ""lojak"" system that Gary was wrong. Seemed shady since we had just come from Napa Auto. We had it towed (out of pocket) to a local mechanic where it took the weekend to fix, also out of pocket. A perk to buying the used vehicle was supposed to be the drop down screen for the dvd player, only to find out it had been stripped some time after Bleskin's purchased it from auction. I also called lojak and gave them the VIN and that system had never been installed either. Feb 11 '13 we called to cancel the 2 year warranty we had bought from them since they hadn't processed it causing all the out of pocket expense since Bleskin's certainly offered nothing to cover expenses. Matt (finance guy) as well as Tom Horn (manager) gave us the run around all week about getting a check to our bank to refund the warranty since it was wrapped up in our loan. Today is Feb 15 and after hundreds of phone calls all I finally got Jolene (finance manager) to call me back. She hadn't sent our bank the refund check and in order to give it to me to pay back into our loan to lower our payment, she requested I come to the dealership and let her watch me deposit the check via my phone APP and then on her computer login to my bank account and pay the loan from there, exposing all my bank acct, savings acct, loan and insurance information. I was willing to do it just to ensure it would be done today before our first payment is due, until I called my bank and they said no way and they called her. All we had requested was a tracking number for the check and it wasn't until my bank got involved that she agreed. In short after putting a lot of money into the truck, they still aren't worth the hassle. I wouldn't refer anyone going there because they do not stand behind anything they say. more
