We've had them twice now. We started with them because they were recommended by the people who installed our gas furnace. After ten years of having it we thought we should have it checked, so they came and checked it, and were very reassuring. We were pleased with that, so we called them back when one of our toilets was failing. It ended up having to be replaced. They did that very efficiently and we are pleased with the product they installed.
