I have a hot water tank that heats my house and heats the water for my sinks and shower. MY house continued to be heated, but there was not hot water to mysink or shower. Kyle and Dennis came out and, instead of automatically recommenending a new water heater (like another plumber), they problem solved and ened up replacing a valve that was not mixing the water corectly. Oh, does it ever feel good to have hot showers in the morning again!!! thanks again, Kyle and Dennis, for such a quick response, courteous service and a good sense of humor!
