You are a a fool to ever ever, purchase a car from Jim Juliani. I bought a car from them in Feb. 2012. As I pulled from the car lot, the speed control shift fell on my feet, the coolant light came on after an hour of driving it (cracked motor and head gasket), and the sun roof cables snapped. I asked to return the car, they said no, we will fix it. They used their incapable service department to make the repairs. Well, the 1st attempt took over 2 months and the service tech broke other internal engine parts by putting it back together wrong. 2nd attempt took over 2 months, 3rd attempt 3 months, 4th attempt etc. Over 5 attempts and 1 year of paying insurance on a car that cannot be driven. Jim then offers to install an new engine if I agree to pay for it. (over $4500). When I said no way, he then without my permission dumped so temporary fix solution into the engine. Again, that didn't work. Now he states he will not do anymore repairs, will not take the car back. So, now we are off to court. My lawyer says its a slam dunk case, but this slimy used car dealer still wants to hold up his image of a slimy car dealer and put off the obvious court finding for as long as possible. \r \r Buyer be ware.\r \r Don't use the service department for anything more than an oil change or something else simple. more
