what crooks. I took diamonds in to sell. Heather looked @ a few, took down all the sizes and grades, went back to the 'owner' and came back with a price of $300 for a .83 carat diamond. I knew right then they were scammers. I told her that was way low, I already had an offer of twice that for that stone. then she wanted to play car dealer games with me. I got disgusted and left.\r

so I took them to a highly rated BBB jeweler. I was offered $1200 for the same diamond, no hassles. I sold all the diamonds there. IDG was trying to steal and get away with it. terrible business practices for a used car dealer, much less a jeweler. avoid them like the plague.
