My 5 year old had a bad slip and fall here. He badly injured his face and needed to go to the emergency room. He nearly broke his cheek. It took 5 days for anyone from Brooklyn Bowl to call us back. Finally we got a call from Steven (D.O.) who quickly stated ""were not responsible"" and that ""Kids just get hurt"" . I never expected such terrible guest relations from a place.
