This is a Quiet place with little to no yards. Great for Mature Adults. Not a good buy if you need a safe yard for your children, dog, or cats. You can not leave your pets outside without supervision or they will be eaten. There will be rattlesnakes and coyotes in what little yard you have all year long. Dogs, Cats and Kids should be supervised at All Times...I've lived here for over 10 years and seen many pets eaten by coyotes or hit by cars. Great place if you are retired.
