Virginia at the Fitting Rooms was lazy and had no customer service skills at all. Did not greet me nor did she even care that I was waiting to try on some items. While I was in the fitting room I heard her complaining to one of the other employees. Not professional at all. The young lady who checked me out was courteous though at the register.
