The hurricane happened during my dealing with Richmond Granite, so I don't think the delays that occurred are a true reflection of them. The telephone lines were down, so it was difficult to get a old of them for some time. At one point I was frustrated at not being able to reach them, but under the circumstances, it was understandable.
Once they had the phone lines back up, they called me to let me know when the product would be delivered. The price I was quoted over the phone was incorrect, as the installer explained. But, they honored the price that was quoted even though it was about $300 less than the product actually costs, so that was wonderful. That personal service I received was the best part about the experience.
