We all search for a doctor with whom we have a good rapport and that we totally trust to make decisions concerning our health. I found this in Dr. Oliver Hart, III. I was a patient of his for many years. Unfortunately, I had to make a change because his office is run so inefficiently I became concerned about the quality of my health care. His staff was everything but effiencient. Important and sensitive test results were repeatedly not in my file....his male PA was offensive and never listened to any of my concerns....etc. Dr. Hart is a wonderful, excellent and caring physician. It is a shame that due to the poor staffing of his office it reflects on him. He would get 5 stars from me and his staff would get a -1. I miss having him as my care taker.
