Yes, it can be a little pricey but you get what you pay for and they do offer days when shots are deeply discounted. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Lomond is without a doubt the kindest, most animal friendly vet I've known and I've had animals all of my life. Dealing with vets has not always been a pleasure. Her wisdom and knowledge is unsurpassed and she'll discuss your situation for as long as it takes for you to understand it. I can't imagine anyone else other than the caregivers at this location(can't speak for the other locations) caring for my ""little ones"". The front desk is super busy dealing with hysterical customers with very sick pets, but they've always been great with me so if one of them lost their cool, as stated below, cut them a break! They are doing the best the can. And trust me. If these guys weren't doing a great job, I'd be all over it!
