All I can say is WOW when I think about my NEGATIVE experience with this store. I called Billy Bob's Beds to get an idea of products and price range. I told the man I spoke with I was trying to get an idea of what he had. He rudely said, ""I'm trying to give you an idea"". At one point I asked if he had a particular brand and at what price range. He then said, ""Instead of us _____izing (couldn't understand the first part of the word he used) over the phone, why don't you just come in and see what we have (and this was not said in an iniviting tone). I was stunned by the way he spoke to me, and just said, ""okay"" and hung up. I then called back to see if I could speak with a manager. The same man answered the phone. I told him I had just spoken with him and asked him what his name was. He told me his name was Billy Bob. I then told him I was considering purchasing a mattress from him, but now it was obvious to me that...He then cut me off by saying something like, ""Oh...I think you're gonna say somethin' that's gonna make me cry"" in a very condescending-sing-song tone and hung up the phone. Oh My Goodness. I was, and am still amazed at his attitude. I was going to tell him that it's obvious that he does so much business that he doesn't care how he treats potential customers. I wouldn't buy a mattress from Billy Bob's if it were the last place in the state of Texas that sold mattresses. Some may say people get that way when they become successful or get a little money. But having a lot of money only highlights who you were before.
