Scott Fowler answered all questions by e-mail or phone rapidly and with confidence. It was easy to manage the process as everything except the final signatures was done on-line. LeighAnn did a fine job of organizing the final steps. The only hiccup was with the inexperienced person sent by the settlement company, LenderLive Settlement Services. He wasn't familiar with the forms and that delayed the closing a few days to get the last forms signed. In spite of this, I would use them again and recommend Horizon to others.
