James Rudolph Pelham is on probation in Sumner county. On Friday, Feb.8, 2013, he was arrested by Murfreesboro City Police for shoplifting in Wal-mart. He is not able to pass a drug screen. He can be found at 4633 Midland Drive, Christiana, TN 37037 ....but he won't be there long before he runs again
