Absolutely terrible business. I recommend you stay far from this company. Melissa was absolutely incompetent of completing the order on time. I paid to have my passport in 6-8 days. On day 11 was told my paperwork was not completed correctly- AFTER I HAVE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH MELISSA ASKING THE STATUS FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMAPANY IF YOU NEED YOUR PASSPORT ON TIME! BUYER BEWARE
