I visited your service department 1/16/13 and the service man informed me I needed $820 worth of services including front and back brakes he stressed that the bad brakes were worse than the front and needed to be repaired he offered me 30% off if I got them done that week I set up an appointment for that Saturday, however I could not make it and canceled, I returned today 2/19/13 to have back brakes repair that your service advisers stressed were in need of repair and said it would be $239 just for the back, when I went today I talk with a different adviser and my cost was $179 I asked why he explained why and I do appreciate his explanation (some of your adviser are honest I think) so I left my car and a nice gentleman gave me a shuttle ride, about 20 minutes later service guy call to let me know ""Ms Allen your brakes are fine I don't know who told you that you needed brakes and your back brakes are actually better than the front, but you need tires. I am upset, I believe that your department was going to give me a service I did not need, had I taken the offer on 1/16/13 you would have been giving me brakes I did not need and I am furious, I have been in GA 4 years and one of the hardest service provider to find is a HONEST mechanic, I did speak with the asst manager however he made the situation worse he protected dishonesty ,I will not visit your department ever again and I pray Carey Paul will investigate and hire honest mechanics.
