I got a bill from them back in July, 2012, and paid it immediately. Since then, I've continued to get billed each month with additional late fees being added and threats to be sent to collections. Each month I've called, had them look up my account and they show that I did, in fact, pay the bill back in July. They apologize to me and promise that I will no longer be receiving invoices from them. \r

Today, I got yet another bill with still more late charges and more threatening language about collections. I've reported them to the BBB for inappropriate billing practices. Do not do business with EcoTech.
