My $1000 mullet by KIm Lake! I went and had extensions put in at Kim Lake Salon in Federal Way WA, I have been emailing Kim and texting back and forth for several days and told her I only have $1000.00 to spend on hair, not a penny more but I made sure that she knew that or else I would have gone elsewhere, I even went in for a consultation to confirm this. After the consultation she ordered me hair and then had her assistant meet me at the salon at 8am and I was there 11 hours!!! I was told only 4 hours but was ok if it went a couple hours over because I wanted good quality work, but 11 hours? I looked at the back of my hair and asked her to cut it so it didn't look like a mullet and its obvious she has not done this much but I was told she is the best by Kim, I also noticed all this missing spots and my stomach started to turn because I just handed over $1000.00 to a person who promised me great quality work....... I went home and cut it myself and added extensions that I had to go buy so it didnt look horrible. I have been crying and contacted Kim and all she could say is well I will order more hair but it will be $350.00! I was so upset because she knew I did not have anymore money and after all I went through that day and having to buy more hair so I didnt look like a big salon disaster that the least she could of done is fix it and not charge me. We began to text back and fourth and I got nowhere but frustrated! My hair is falling out, it is all tangled and I now would like my money back at least for the service since she has made this a hair nightmare for me. I went to a salon and they did not charge me because they felt so bad and said to take her to court and said to come back and they will fix her mess, they couldnt begin to believe I was there 11 hrs. I am hoping you can help so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will even split the cost and take half which would be $500.00 so that way I can at least take my money to that salon who will fix her mess up. Please help me as this is very rude and cruel.
