Tried to call the telephone number for a reservation on Valentines for two weeks. Left multiple messages (at least 4!) No response WHAT SO EVER. We used to come here often, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. What kind business has a number posted for reservations, and a voicemail system, but won't return messages? Understandable if one message got lost in transaction, but more than that? Bad customer service. I understand you can book online, but not everyone has access. We had set aside a good amount of money to spend with you tomorrow night, but obviously we will be spending our money elsewhere from now on.
