My dog doesn't like water, to be crated, to have his nails trimmed, to have his ears cleaned, to be cut or clipped, and to top it off he doesn't like other dogs or cats. I have been told that he will bite and others could not control him. My dog is a Bichon Mix and needs to be groomed often. I was referred to Art's by my Veterinarian and was told to talk to the owner. I called and spoke to TeAnn. I explained my situation and she immediately had a game plan and for the first time I felt at ease. TeAnn scheduled our appointment at 8am and did not have any other animals scheduled for until 10am. She allowed me to stay in the grooming area and she had calming music playing. TeAnn, and by the way, TeAnn is an exceptional groomer and very kind and loving as well, groomed my dog. They gave my dog so much attention and hugs and kisses and of course treats. Now we come every month and Benji looks forward to his appointment and to spending time with Joann and Leah. I no longer have to stay. I highly recommend Art's poodle grooming you will never find the love and attention at any other groomers. They truly love animals and it shows in the cut and in the way they will love your animal.\r
