Your entire treatment of me has been Ultra Authoratative from the very beginning in first REFUSING to evaluate the Extremely PAINFULL SCIST on My TESTICLE in preparation for a very medically JUSTIFIED Orchiodectomy as i requested. As the condition has worsened in the past few years. \r

And secondly you REFUSE to test and adjust my hormone levels as medical and community guidelines would so dictate. The only thing you are good at is saying NO to me and leaving me in a state of wound up rage with testosterone levels around 500 as i stated in my letter to you. \r
WRONG WRONG Effffing WRONG ! and all you can say for yourselves is ""were not going to test your levels. What the hells wrong with you ! Huh ? testosterone is NOT to be used as an anti depressant in this way. \r

The state of Colorado has allowed me to put an F for Female on my drivers liscence as a pre-operate transsexual and if they can consider me a woman then so can you at Summit Medical Clinic treat me that way both to my face and in my treatment. \r
