This is the absolute worst grooming place ever. I took my dogs to get groomed and when I picked them up, one of the looked like her neck area was cut too close. It was a little red. I didn't think twice about it. 2 days later the dog had thick scabs come up under her neck in the shape of rope burn. They do use a rope leash on the dogs when they are on the grooming table. The leash tightens the more the dogs pull. I took pictures and everyone who has seen the pics said they look criminal like. I called to ask what had happened and The owner (Kim) got extremely rude and loud with me. She stated that my dog was pulling and that it only lasted 4 seconds. I told her that was understandable, but what was not understandable was that no one informed me it happened at all. Secondly, it was longer than 4 seconds. The scabs on her neck are so thick and awful. It is more than a week later and they are nowhere near healed yet. Kim continued to yell and argue with me. In fact, every time I tried to speak, she interrupted. She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I think that the groomers there have no patience for animals and do not care what happens to clients pets. I have posted a pic on their facebook page also. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
