After shopping in Schaumburg, Highland Park, and Barrington and being totally frustrated - HP was great but absolutely refused to tell me what their price was after 2 visits, Barrington flat out lied about vehicle availability, etc. - we tried the Costco Auto program and were sent to O'Hare. One phone call, followed by one appointment at the dealer, 10 minutes later I had my price. Went home, crunched the numbers, thought about it, looked at competition once more, and came back to buy. It went so well I bought a used car from them a month later using the same program. A year later everything has been fine with both cars. I can't say if they are just great guys or if I was treated well because of Costco but I observed nothing to suggest you should avoid them. They are in a bit of an odd location so maybe they need to try harder. It worked for me.\r
