I was a member of this gym for over 10 years since gym was a cross the street and called ""absolute power"" so my opinion is based on long experience.\r

Let start from workers... guys working there are OK but girl (Francesca) it's just horrible, mean, useless and simply dont give a... what is going on in this please!\r

Whole place need a better maintenance, need better cleaning and and repairs, walls, floors,windows, machines, mirrors, lights and bathrooms are dirty or broken! \r

Because is no really gym near people like me don't want to waste time driving to other gym keep using this one, I hope sune somebody will open nice gym near by and this guy will be out the business!\r

Owner doing whatever he like! He changing closing hours with out any info, just because superball or one inch snow or because i just file like\r

I grow up in old school style gyms and for me fost imported are not how clean gym is or how workers are I just want to train! But we live in america and we want what we pay for!\r
