I am incredibly disappointed with this company. In my first attempt to contact them, I was not able to speak to anyone for over 6 weeks. Within that time I called 5 times, left 2 voice mails, and sent 2 requests in the online contact. Once I finally set up my appointment for the only time I could make it (because I work Monday-Friday 7-5pm and they told me I could not use my Groupon on the weekends though that was stated as a restriction on the Groupon page) for a Friday evening. I was confirmed over the phone at the time of the appointment and again when I called a week later when I attempted to reschedule earlier because of a random early day off. When I arrive their I was told that my appointment was for Monday. I said that I had scheduled and was confirmed for a Friday appointment. I got no real response to my issue. There was no apology, no attempt to reschedule to meet my needs (I don’t mean that day, but at any time), no confirmation that Monday would work for me. I did over-react a bit on leaving and left too fast in my car and with some foul language (there were no other customers around). I say this to prevent the owner from using my actions in a moment of INCREDIBLE frustration with a company that was difficult to work with and rude to negate my review. Please, please, please, whatever you do, do NOT go to integrity automotive in Madison!
