Full disclosure, I work at Buck Stove Pool and Spa. We make it a point to speak to everyone that walks in. Sometimes we are on the phone or with another customer and can't get to someone right away, but we NEVER ignore people and we always try to be nice and courteous to everyone. We appreciate our customers and try to do everything we can to help them. We go above and beyond in most cases. You don't stay in business for 35 years if you don't treat your customers right. I don't know what the specific instance was with the customer in 2008, but I can assure you it was an exception to the rule. Come see for yourself.
